Skyline Construction-NW, LLC seeks to provide clients with every means possible to see their vision come true.  In This commitment towards excellence, we provide clients with multiple opportunities to finance their services with us.  We accept all major credit cards, utilize Acorn Finance as an outside finance company for those who qualify, recommend and work with multiple insurance companies and banks, and accept cash and checks.  

All deposits made are considered "as earned" at time of contracting.  Deposits are NOT refundable and are final. Deposit must be made at time of contract for said contract to be considered executed.

For larger scale contracts, payments for services are paid in percentage of services on a recurring or periodic basis.  Whether 50%/50%, 25%/25%/25%/15%/5%, or other basis.  Payments will be organized  for prepayment of services once certain portion of the contract has been fulfilled.  

Skyline Construction-NW, LLC strives to consider all possibilities prior to contracting, anytime one is altering an existing structure or modifying Mother Earth, unforeseen issues may arise that require changes to the terms, scope, and financials previously agreed.  In such a case, as atypical as they are, change order will be assessed, and presented in writing for client authorization PRIOR to any actual changes being made.

For clients who wish to pursue financing from our valued partner---Acorn Finance, we offer a link to their website and quick decisions for financing.  Funds will be paid  directly to us in order to expedite your project goals.

For contracts over $5,000, Skyline Construction-NW, LLC provides a loyalty gift of a voucher for 3-day vacation to Las Vegas or  other destination, electronics, or other valuable gift at no additional cost to client.  It is our way to say thank you.
