Skyline Construction-NW, LLC has a policy practice of fully vetting our valued partners, vendors, and subs.  We require compliance with all laws of the United States, State of Service, Certificate as Additional Insured, UBI, valid contractor's license, and workman's comp 

Skyline Construction NW-LLC maintains a safe, healthy, harassments-free, drug and alcohol free workplace.  Our vendors and subcontractors are expected to apply equal policies for their employees, and we reserve the right to seek pre-employment, ranbdom, and suspicious behavior drug and alcohol testing.  

Skyline Construction-NW, LLC utilizes professional, industry-standard AIA contracting for all jobs and projects.

We offered agreed, post bidor time and materials pay scale.  Our timeframes for pay vary with contract type and client.  We are  mindful on being  competative to m,arkets that we work in.  

Skyline Construction-NW, LLC  requires a minimum of $2,000,000 agg/$1,000,000 per occurance for all projects and sometimes additional umbrella, specialty, and commercial auto is required.  We will be listed as an additional insured.
